Captain Blood

In his autobiography,
MY WICKED WICKED WAYS, Errol Flynn discovers that ducks possess the ability to pass a chunk of bacon through their system in an incredibly short time: from beak end to back end in eight minutes. He further discovers that if the greasy morsel is attached to a fishing line the line can be pulled back and forth like a string through a big webfooted bead. Thus the same morsel can be entered into a second duck, and a third, and a fourth and so on, until he has threaded eight ducks front to rear in a little more than an hour.
By this time the waterfowl are understandably impatient with their predicament and ready to take to the air. So young Flynn ties the hind duck's line to the end still hanging out of the front duck's bill, then shoos them into circular flight. Round and round they fly, a feathery pinwheel, ascending into avian glory.
"Well done, Flynn," he congratulates himself. "You have created the world's first flying duck necklace."

"Rinty" Rin-Tin-Tin

Famous dog actor. Popular "actor" in several films in the 1920s and 30s, including "Shadows of the North" (1923), "A Dog of the Regiment" (1927), "Tiger Rose" (1929), and "The Lightning Warrior" (1931). He had his own radio show "The Wonder Dog" in 1930, on which he did his own sound-effects. On the day he died in 1932, when he was no longer strong enough to go to his master's side, actress Jean Harlow, who lived across the street, came over and cradled his head in her lap as he passed away.

Neptune Memorial Reef

The Neptune Memorial Reef also known as the Atlantis Memorial Reef or the Atlantis Reef[1] is an underwatermausoleum for cremated remains and the world's largest man-made reef (covering over 600,000 square feet (65,000 m²) of ocean floor) at a depth of 40 feet.[2] As of 2012, the Reef occupies a half-acre space, but a planned expansion to 16 acres is underway. The city design involves underwater roads leading to a central feature with benches and statuary.
The place was chosen at 3.25 miles (5.2 km) off the coast of Key BiscayneFlorida. It is a type of burial at sea and the first phase is estimated to be able to accommodate 850 remains,[3] with an eventual goal of more than 125,000 remains.[4]Though often referred to in news articles as an underwater mausoleum or underwater cemetery, the Neptune Society Memorial Reef meets the criterion for neither. Cremated remains are mixed with cement to form features of the Reef, and memorial plaques are added.[5] The Reef is more correctly identified as a cremation memorial site.
The man-made reef, located three miles (5 km) off the coast of Florida's Key Biscayne, opened in 2007 after a number of difficulties, including permits.[6] After an extensive evaluation and permitting process, Neptune's Memorial Reef has been permitted by the EPA, DERM, NOAAFlorida Fish and Wildlife, and the Army Corps of Engineers. One of the construction requirements was that the Memorial Reef be built to withstand the strongest storm in the last 100 years. During the permitting process, Hurricane Andrew, a category 5 hurricane swept through, requiring a re-engineering of the Reef.
The reef stretches across 16 acres (65,000 m2) of ocean floor designed as both a home for sea life and "a destination for divers".[6] The Neptune Society Memorial Reef lies in a special management zone. Boaters and divers are welcome, but no fishing or lobster-taking is allowed. Now that reef-building coral have developed at the site, the Neptune Society Memorial Reef can be properly identified as a coral reef.

Fernand Arbelot

...buried in the Pere Lachaise cemetery. The tombstone shows him holding his wife’s face as he wished to gaze at her face for eternity.
The rumors are he was
either an architect,
actor or musician. There's even an internet source that says he died in 1990...but I sincerely doubt that.

can be found at...
Cimetière du Père Lachaise
Also known as: Pere Lachaise Cemetery

Notable as a unique headstone. Located in the Gardens of Ascension section of Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Glendale, California.

This is one of my favorite places to go whenever I go to Glendale of all places...

I'm going to take a guess and say fashion designer...? Walt Disney can be included in your pilgrimage, as they are
neighbors...One time a few of us even managed to plant pumpkins in Walt's Garden.  We went back a few months later, and the seeds had actually sprouted.  I have have a sneaking suspicion this is why I can no longer find work as an artist in the movie industry...but we pulled the same stunt on Ricky Nelson and Darby Crash...
